これは日本と英国のKOGEIアーティストの国際親善と交流を目的とした京都で開催される最初の展示会です。今回は作家協会会員４名を含む両国から８名の陶芸家、ガラス作家、木工作家が参加します。今後は毎年、繰り返して定例イベントとなり、双方のアーティストの間に多くの友情が生まれることを目的としています。
This exhibition is being held for the first time to further international friendship and exchange between Japanese and British KOGEI artists. Artists in ceramics, glass, and wood from both countries will be exhibiting in Kyoto, the mecca of KOGEI artists for many people around the world. Our goal is to make this an annual event and grow the scale so that many friendships will be born between artists from both countries.
